You do not need to request it, and the refund appears in your points history.<\/p>\n    <\/div><\/details>\n\n    <details><summary>When should I use drip-feed?<\/summary><div class=\"a\">\n      <p>Drip-feed spreads the total quantity over several runs at a set interval instead of delivering it all at once. Tick it on the order form, then set the <strong>number of runs<\/strong> and the <strong>interval in minutes<\/strong>; total quantity becomes <em>quantity \u00d7 runs<\/em>.<\/p>\n      <p>It helps when a sudden jump would look out of place, or when you want a natural curve across several days. The only thing to watch is that the <strong>sender name matches your account name exactly<\/strong>, otherwise automatic matching will not happen.
