Do I have to give you my password?
No. No service asks for one. A public linkto a post or profile is enough, and we hold no access to your account at all.
How long does processing take?
Most orders start immediately. It varies by service — usually within minutes to a few hours — and selecting a service on the form shows its estimated start time.
What happens if my order fails?
The points you spent are refunded immediately and automatically. Nothing to apply for, and the refund is recorded in My account.
Do private accounts work?
Private accounts cannot be processed. Your account and post must be publicfor the duration, and you can switch back once it is finished.
Can anyone see that I ordered?
No. Orders are never made public and nothing is marked on your account. All we need is one public link.
I want to cancel an order.
If processing has not started, Supportcan cancel it and return the points in full. Orders already running may not be cancellable.
What does Partial mean?
Only part of the quantity was delivered. In that case the undelivered portion is refunded to points. You can see the status on the tracking page.
What is drip-feed?
It spreads the total across several runs at a set interval instead of all at once. Set the runs and intervalon the form and the total quantity and price are worked out for you. Use it when you want a gentler curve.
How do I top up points?
Pick a package on the Top up points page and pay with PayPal. Points are credited the moment payment completes, and they apply to every order on the site.
How does the top-up bonus work?
The larger the top-up, the more you get — up to 10% extrais credited. Bonus points can be spent on orders exactly like the rest.
I paid but no points arrived.
Points are credited as soon as your PayPal payment completes. If nothing shows after a few minutes, check the payment status in your order history, and let us know through Support if it still is not there.
Can I get points back as cash?
Unused points can be refunded through Support. Refunds go back to the PayPal account used for payment, and points credited as a top-up bonus are excluded.
Can I get a tax invoice or receipt?
Support— just ask there and we reply within one business day.
Where do I check progress?
Track order or My account > Orders shows it live. The status runs Pending → In progress → Completed .
Could my account be suspended?
PushPushBaby never asks for a password and works only from public links, so we do not touch your account. The target account and post do need to stay public while the order runs.
